POD U: Continuous Learning is a learning experiences program that deepens knowledge, fosters career growth, and supports Accenture’s strategic goals.

I led a team that conducted design thinking sessions with people from every level and department, developed a thorough catalogue of courses relevant to our day-to-day work, and rolled out a 3-phase approach to building each course.
